Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the 2094 mobile application ("the App") operated by 2094 ("we," "us," or "our"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

By accessing or using the App, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the App.
2. Description of Service
The App provides triathlon training tracking features including GPS-based activity recording for running, cycling, and triathlon events. Features include workout planning, race calendar management, activity history, and performance analytics. The App is designed for personal, non-commercial use.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years of age to use the App. If you are under 18, you represent that you have your parent's or guardian's permission to use the App. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements.
4. User Responsibilities
When using the App, you agree to:
- Use the App only for its intended purpose of fitness and training tracking
- Not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
- Not use the App in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations
- Not distribute, sublicense, or transfer the App to third parties
- Take responsibility for your own physical safety during activities tracked by the App
5. Health and Safety Disclaimer
The App is a training tool and is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult your physician or qualified health provider before starting any new exercise program. You acknowledge that:
- Physical exercise carries inherent risks, including risk of injury or death
- You are solely responsible for your physical condition and safety during workouts
- GPS data and metrics are approximate and should not be relied upon for safety-critical decisions
- You should not use the App in a manner that distracts you from your surroundings, especially near traffic
6. Intellectual Property
The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by 2094 and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal purposes.
7. Data and Privacy
Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your information. By using the App, you consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy.
8. Third-Party Services
The App may contain links to or integrate with third-party services (such as Google Play, mapping services, or analytics providers). - The App will be compatible with all devices or operating systems

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 2094 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, personal injury, or property damage arising out of or in connection with your use of the App, whether based on warranty, contract, tort, or any other legal theory.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the App (or any part thereof) at any time without prior notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the App.
