Privacy Policy
Last Updated: February 9, 2026
This Privacy Policy describes how 2094 ("we," "our," or "us") collects, uses, and protects information when you use our mobile application ("the App"). We are committed to safeguarding your privacy and ensuring transparency about our data practices.
1. Information We Collect
1.1 Unique Identifiers
We collect the following identifiers to provide and improve our services:
- Google Advertising ID (GAID): Used for analytics and attribution purposes. You can reset or opt out of personalized advertising in your device settings. Learn more about Google's advertising policies.
- User ID: A unique identifier (UUID) generated and stored locally on your device to help us understand app usage patterns and improve our services.
1.2 Location Data
This app collects precise GPS location data to provide real-time activity tracking for running, cycling, and triathlon workouts. When location services are active during a workout:
- We collect your GPS coordinates (latitude and longitude), altitude, speed, and accuracy during workout sessions
- Location data is collected only while you are actively recording a workout — the app does not track your location in the background
- All location data is stored locally on your device in an on-device database and is not transmitted to our servers
- Location data is used to display your route on a map, calculate distance and elevation, and provide pace and speed statistics
- You can disable location access at any time in your device settings, though this will prevent the app from recording routes
1.3 Photos
The app allows you to attach a photo to race events (e.g., a race poster or venue image). When you use this feature:
- Photos are captured via your device camera or selected from your gallery
- Photos are stored locally on your device only and are not uploaded to any server
- Photos are deleted when you delete the associated race event or clear all app data
1.4 Push Notifications
This app uses Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) to send you notifications about updates, training reminders, and important information. We collect a device token solely for the purpose of delivering these notifications. You can disable notifications at any time through your device settings.

This information helps us optimize the app experience for your device and troubleshoot any issues that may arise.
1.6 Installation Source
We may collect information about where the app was installed from (e.g., Google Play Store) for analytics purposes. This helps us understand how users discover our app.
1.7 Local Data Storage
The app stores the following data locally on your device in an on-device SQLite database and shared preferences:
- Workout plans: Custom workout templates with named steps, durations, and distances
- Scheduled workouts: Planned workout sessions linked to your calendar
- Race events: Race names, dates, distances, locations, RSVP status, and optional photos
- Activity history: Completed workouts and races including start/end times, duration, distance, and sport type
- GPS route data: Recorded GPS coordinates, altitude, and speed for each activity point
- Map screenshots: Saved route map images for completed activities
- User preferences: Distance units, pace units, temperature units, auto-pause settings, display field configuration, and training day preferences
- Activity notes: Personal notes you add to completed activities
This data is not transmitted to our servers. You can delete all locally stored data at any time through the app's Settings screen ("Delete all data" option).
1.8 Analytics and Attribution
This app may use third-party analytics services to understand how users interact with our app and to improve our services. These services may include:
- AppsFlyer — Used for attribution and analytics. Privacy Policy
These services may collect data according to their own privacy policies. We encourage you to review them.

3. Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We may share limited data with the following categories of third parties:
- Analytics providers: To help us understand app usage (see Analytics section above)
- Push notification services: Firebase Cloud Messaging for delivering notifications
- Map tile providers: The app downloads map tiles from OpenStreetMap to display maps. OpenStreetMap may log standard web request data (IP address, user agent) when serving map tiles. OpenStreetMap Privacy Policy
Your workout data, GPS routes, photos, and personal activity history are stored locally on your device and are not shared with any third party.
4. Data Retention and Deletion
Most of your data is stored locally on your device and is under your control. You can delete all app data at any time by:
- Using the "Delete all data" option in the app's Settings screen
- Clearing the app's data through your device settings
- Uninstalling the app
Deleting your data removes all workout plans, activity history, GPS routes, race events, photos, map screenshots, and personal preferences from your device.
